"A Smile As Big As the Moon"
This Saturday, Feb. 4th at 8:00pm the Hallmark Channel is presenting the movie “A Smile as Big as the Moon”. It is a story about a past FHPS Teacher and his Co-Teacher’s persistence to bring their special needs students to the NASA Space Camp. Read more

NHS MODEL UN CLUB WINS AT U of M ANN ARBOR CONFERENCE
Congratulations on Northern’s second conference success of 2011-2012 at University of Michigan – Ann Arbor on Jan. 13-14. 22 NHS Model UN Club students competed against 25 other schools from around Michigan, Illinois and California – a total of 520 students. NHS took home more awards than any other school. “A great time with many new delegates and veterans,” said advisor Mr. Vredevelt, “we’re very proud of all 22 of our students.” Read more
ACT PRACTICE TAKE HOME TEST
ACT/SAT PRACTICE TESTS
Important Information
If you have signed up for a take home ACT or SAT practice test, your student can pick it up tomorrow from the Guidance Office. If there is inclement weather, it will be available on Tuesday for pick up.
Please note that the deadline for completion has been extended to Monday, January 30th. After completing the test, please keep your test booklet and return the test grid to the Guidance Office. It is important that the tests be returned by this date, or your student’s test may not be graded.
